The service
FindSetu.in is a listing and discovery platform. We connect people; we are not a party to any deal, job, rental or service between users, and we do not guarantee any listing, person or outcome.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older and give true information. One person, one account.
- Keep your password and OTPs secret. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Listings
- Post only true, lawful information about yourself or your own business/property/job.
- Do not post anything misleading, offensive, discriminatory, illegal or copied from others.
- Jobs must never ask applicants for money (registration, training or "security" fees).
- We may review, edit for formatting, refuse, hide or remove any listing, and suspend or ban accounts that break these terms or the Community Guidelines.
Fees
Activation, listing and featured fees are shown before you pay and are for a limited period (validity). Fees are not "lifetime" charges. See the Refund Policy for refunds.
Government notices
Notices are links to official government websites. Always read the original notice. FindSetu.in is not a government website and is not responsible for the content of external sites.
Safety
Meet in public places, verify identities, never pay large advances, and never share OTPs. Report suspicious listings.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, FindSetu.in is not liable for losses arising from dealings between users or from reliance on listings. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous 3 months.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; continued use means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Agartala, Tripura have jurisdiction.
